REPORTING AND MONITORING
ANNEX VI OF THE GRANT CONTRACT
Umbrella project (umbrella project management level and micro-projects):
Brief narrative report - 4-month basis narrative reports to be submitted not later than 21 calendar days after the end of each reporting period - download the file (.doc)
Interim report (narrative and financial part) - only for umbrella projects longer than 12 months, to be submitted after 12 and 18 months of umbrella project implementation:
- narrative part - download the file (.doc);
- financial part - download the file (.xls)
Final report (narrative and financial part) - to be submitted after umbrella project:
